I like Lorce and Zerian. I am presuming this character to be male if he is supposedly the one appointed for Bryce.

It doesn't have to be appointed to you. It could be the cause for the whole adventure or another being that got caught up in the deminsions.

That's true...I'm just not sure how to introduce this character if he is only going to be making cameo appearances until the third part of the story...perhaps s/he could help Bryce escape her wedding, rather than being a part of the wedding...

Well It could be a little girl that is randomly popping in and out somewhat like the Cheshur cat of Wonderland.

Well, eventually this third character is going to have a significant role, and in my mind the little girl is much more akin to a horror story than one of fantasy. In any case, I think we should decide upon this character's final role in teh story before we go any further.

True, true. Well we can make him/her a "Key" and or the reason the two were put into the worlds. She could be the one that opens up a dangerous rift that starts to destroy the worlds. And/or something along those lines.

What are your ideas?

I think your idea of the "key" is good. What if she was working for someone else, perhaps to open a gate to a specific world, and in her attempts she creates multiple gates in the worlds of the other two characters on accident. THen maybe she has to run away from whoever hired her because she failed, and the penalty is death. Thus, all three characters are running away from something, which brings them together for the final portion, where they could go back to her world and defeat whoever is chasing the her.

That sounds like a good idea, I give you many cheers. Sorry for my single post a day deal I am busy trying to find me a job, because apparently nobody wants to hire me. So I have been running my butt off trying to find somewhere to work.

Either or...I tend to prefer female characters, and I have been suggesting ideas as if it was a female, but it might also help to have a greater male influence...

Well I would actually say a girl it would seem a better choice. All in all we can go with whatever is needed.

We can write her as a girl to begin with and if something changes that we absolutely need a male we can change her or we can just add another character.

It could just be a child with a major split personality in which when one personality does come out it is a boy and then when the other one comes out it becomes a girl? That would surely be interesting.

Yes and that could be how the character gets around as in one personality surfaces and she/he gets sent to one world then when the other one appears yadda yadda. Its creates and intersting twist for the end.
